Co-op Merit Awards
The Saskatchewan Co-operative Merit Awards honour individuals and organizations that have made an outstanding contribution to co-operatives and credit unions in Saskatchewan. The Merit Awards ceremony and banquet, organized by a committee of co-operative sector representatives, takes place during Co-op Week each October. The event is sponsored in part by Enterprise Saskatchewan and has for many years, been jointly organized by Enterprise Saskatchewan and SCA.
2011 Co-op Merit Awards Recipients
This year we are honouring four individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the co-operative sector. They are:
Bob Kirkland, Lifetime Co-operative Achievement Award
Roger Herman, Co-operative Contribution Award
Patrick Lapointe, Co-operative Contribution Award
Lisa McEachern, Co-operative Young Leaders Award
