Co-operatives: The Basics
This course is designed to provide participants with an understanding of the basic philosophy, structure and benefits of the co-operative model. This course is useful for new board members, employees, members or volunteers and for anyone that wants to increase their knowledge of why co-ops exist and how they function. Often other topics are added to the course outline, of specific interest to the group, e.g. financing. This is generally a one day course.
